Michael Scheidell is a recognized expert, speaker and author in the network and data security community, with an extensive history of innovation and thought leadership. Since founding SECNAP he has aggressively pursued the development of security and anti-spam products and services with impressive results, including award-winning intrusion detection technology and a revolutionary all-in-one spam solution. Security technology developed by Mr. Scheidell was awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in October, 2009.

Elizabeth Bates / Member, Board of Directors

Elizabeth Bates brings the benefit of 25 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2001 she founded Consultrex, Inc., a consulting and development firm specializing in research and technology-based solutions to enhance Internet privacy for businesses and organizations. In 1989 she founded IMMIX Telecom, Inc., which she grew to become a multimillion-dollar global corporation.

Guido Delgado / Member, Board of Directors

After retiring from his presidency of Petropower S.A., an oil equipment sales and consulting company he founded in Venezuela, Mr. Delgado returned to the United States in 1989.
