Prior to that Mr. Foremny was a partner with two national law firms, Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP and Holland & Knight. Mr. Foremny has extensive experience in capital formation and in M&A activity for both public and private companies. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami (where he was first in his graduating class and editor-in-chief of the Law Review) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University. |
