Guido Delgado / Member, Board of DirectorsAfter retiring from his presidency of Petropower S.A., an oil equipment sales and consulting company he founded in Venezuela, Mr. Delgado returned to the United States in 1989. Prior to Petropower, he served as CEO of Lukiven S.A., an oil field equipment sales company that bought the assets of Lufkin Industries International in Venezuela. He was vice president and co-founder of Lufkin de Venezuela and served on the Board of Directors of both Lukiven S.A. and Lufkin de Venezuela. Mr. Delgado holds a degree in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma University.
