We are looking for individuals who want to join a company that is trusted, respected, and innovative. SECNAP Network Security Corporation, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, is currently seeking dynamic individuals for Inside Sales. These positions report directly to the VP of Sales. FIRST YEAR EARNING POTENTIAL $70,000.

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for proactively prospecting and networking, with customer interaction consisting mostly of telephone, email, and fax communications. They must be capable of selling, marketing, and following up with leads that have been provided, as well as initiating leads on their own.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and conducting inside sales calls to prospects regarding the products and services that SECNAP Network Security provides.
  2. Conducting cold calling to assist in establishing a prospect list.
  3. Generating leads and setting appointments for Account Managers as directed.
  4. Tracking and managing current and potential clients through the use of software and systems.
  5. Successfully selling SECNAP products and services.
  6. Establishing strategic relationships with vendors and partners.
  7. Providing reports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and other metrics as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a technical background (or strong desire to learn IT business)
  • Quick learner with initiative and drive
  • Results oriented
  • Associate's degree in business administration, sales, information technology or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Self-directed with an ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent customer service and follow-through skills
  • Ability to maintain client-facing professionalism in an informal environment
  • Sales experience a plus, especially cold calling
  • MUST BE WILLING TO EARN $70,000 PER YEAR.
