Victor Nappe, Chief Executive Officer

Victor Nappe is a widely recognized Internet entrepreneur and e-commerce visionary specializing in technology, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. As a member of the SECNAP Network Security Corporation Advisory Board, Nappe brings the benefit of two decades of experience as a high-tech entrepreneur, having founded and counseled start-ups and Fortune 500 firms alike in the Internet, payment systems, communications, and wireless industries.

As founder and chairman of Stored Value Consulting and Iron Investments LLC, Nappe specializes in providing marketing, consulting, and management services to clients in the Internet, stored value and communications industries. His client list includes TrioPass, American Greetings, Apple, HP, and The Prepaid Press. Nappe is also co-founder and board member of Gotelo Services, Inc., a high-tech start-up for which he secured seed funding.

Previously, Nappe served as director of e-commerce for Apple Computer’s enterprise software and professional services division, in which capacity he developed successful strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, new media firms, third-party solutions providers, and channel partners.

Nappe has also leveraged his technology and alliances expertise in the entertainment industry, with a strategic focus on product, promotion, and marketing in the digital music space. As CEO for Luke Entertainment Group, for example, he led the creation of new media initiatives for the company and was the first CEO to take a hip-hop label to a trading public stock.

In 1999, Nappe founded DuoCash, the world's first payment processing network to enable secure Internet purchases using prepaid calling cards. At the time, DuoCash was the exclusive provider of technology that enabled consumers to use the value stored on their prepaid phone cards to make online purchases. DuoCash also operated a worldwide phone card-based payment network.

At the age of 21 Nappe received a U.S. Congressional Award, the highest honor bestowed upon young people by Congress, for transforming a successful retail restaurant into a multi-faceted international wholesale business. This early achievement became a case study for the National Restaurant Association and set the tone for his entrepreneurial career.

Nappe has appeared as an IT, sales and marketing expert on Good Morning America and other programs on ABC, CNN, CNNfn, CBS, NBC and TVFN; has chaired e-commerce advisory panels for the U.S. Congress, Kaiser College Business School, and The Prepaid Press; and is a regular speaker on e-commerce, technology, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions, including engagements for Sun Microsystems, AT&T, New York University’s Stern School of Management, and E-Commerce Merchant’s Association.
