SECNAP NETWORK SECURITY HIRES CARL ROSENBERG AS VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Seasoned executive brings more than 25 years of computer software and services sales experience to the company.

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA (April 27, 2004) SECNAP Network Security Corporation, a managed network security service provider, today announced the addition of Carl Rosenberg as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Rosenberg will be responsible for directing SECNAP's sales force worldwide, as well as driving channel programs. Specifically, he will be expanding SECNAP's direct and indirect market presence throughout the world. Initial focus will be North America with other areas following thereafter. Carl brings more than 25 years experience in the computer software and services industry. He has led sales groups with companies such as McCormack and Dodge, Cullinet Software, Informix Software. Information Builders, Computron Software and Finjan Software. He has a solid track record of building sales organizations, increasing market share and solving critical technology issues for organizations large and small.
