Moving or Copying Emails to Public Folders

Using the Edit button

Under some circumstances, you will want to move or copy an email from your Inbox or Junk Email folder to one of the SpammerTrap folders.

To move or copy an email:
• Highlight the email by right clicking on it
• Click the "Edit" button on the tool bar
• Select either the "Move to folder…" or "Copy to folder…" option

Find and highlight the "SpammerTrap" folder.

The SpammerTrap folder has five subfolders. You will move or copy the email to one of these folders. Note that each of the five subfolders also has its own subfolder. Do not move or copy an email into any of these subfolders.
