Included with every yearly SpammerTrap support program are:

  • Automatic Anti-Virus and Spam Signature Updates
  • Automatic Program and Security Updates
  • Customer Initiated Remote Maintenance and Testing.

All GEM models include upgraded High Availability enabled hardware with dual hot swap power supplies and hot swap raid. Nothing should ever go wrong, but if it does, SECNAP will be there to make sure your email flows smoothly.

Clients under current Premium Support for GEM models also receive:

  • 4 hour standard same business day ONSITE hardware support
