SECNAP SpammerTrap Priority Support is included with every SpammerTrap ENT model. This includes upgraded Next Business Day ONSITE hardware support and 24/7 SNMP, statistics and host monitoring.

Yearly basic support programs include:

  • 24/7 Phone and Email support
  • Automatic Anti-Virus and Spam Signature updates
  • Automatic Program and Security Updates
  • Customer Initiated Remote Maintenance and Testing

All ENT models include upgraded High Availability enabled hardware with dual hot swap power supplies and hot swap raid. Nothing should ever go wrong, but if it does, SECNAP will be there to make sure your email flows smoothly.

Clients under current Priority Support for ENT models also receive:
